Singularity University (abbreviated SU) is located in the heart of the California Silicon Valley, at the NASA Ames Research Center. It is a benefit corporation that provides educational programs, innovative partnerships and a startup accelerator to help individuals, businesses, institutions, investors, NGOs and governments understand cutting-edge technologies especially Artificial Intelligence, and how to utilize these technologies to positively impact billions of people. Their mission is to educate, inspire and empower leaders to apply exponential technologies. In this event, Peter H. Diamandis will share his thoughts about innovations in education. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of the Singularity University (co-Founded with Ray Kurzweil). They aim to explore different ways to use technology in order to improve the human plight, eradicate poverty, hunger, disease, global warming and energy scarcity, as well as other serious issues of the time.
