Hi! I’m a professional female vocal coach/singing teacher from U.S. (originally from Europe). I’m offering private and small group singing lessons in Beijing. I have many years of teaching experience (spanning my stay in Europe, during my time in the U.S., to my years of living in Beijing), and I have helped more than 300 people learn or improve their singing. My uniquely combined method of training has proven to be successful for many years.

As an active Jazz/Blues/Soul singer, with more than 20 years of experience singing on stages of different caliber, as well as in the studio, I know what it takes to become an outstanding performer. I have performed with various live bands, orchestras, big bands, and shared the stage with Grammy award winners Yolanda Adams, Diane Schuur, Patti Austin, Richard Marx, Leo Sayer, and many more. I’m passionate about sharing all of my knowledge and experience with students who are ready to take their first steps into the music industry, or hobbyists, who just simply love music and singing.

During my lessons you will establish or improve your singing technique, mainly focusing on proper breathing, flexibility, range, tone, vibrato, etc., all in order to maintain an efficient and healthy technique. I will definitely help you get the best out of your voice, and soon you will be able to sing professionally with your own style, without copying anyone. My method works for any style of music, whether you want to sing Jazz, Blues, R&B, Pop, Rock or any other style. Eventually, you will be able to sing for many hours on any stage or in a studio without getting tired.

Besides various vocal exercises, I will also help you sing your songs to the best of your ability; maximizing your potential by identifying trouble spots and helping you eliminate them. Whether a beginner or advanced, all levels are welcome. Males or females, children or adults; it’s never too early or too late to start or improve your singing.
