Detail About This Listing
Ashley and Lillie are sisters about 2 moths old. They were first seen the weekend of September 7th at our neighborhood near Xintiandi. They were barely old enough to stand up on their own the first time I saw them, unfortunately no one knows what had happened to their mom. People in the neighborhood started to leave them water and food, however, the cleaning crew usually swept way their food before they had a chance to eat.
My husband and I were walking our dog on the 13th of September during the downpour. We heard whimpering in the bushes, and when I called them they came stumbling out. Thy were both soaked and shaking. We brought them home that day and gave them kitty formula milk. They each received a medicated bath at the vet. The vet pronounced them healthy, except under weight.
It's been a week since we have the girls. They have been eating like crazy and put on some pounds :P. They love to play with each other, and are very affectionate towards people. They are both litter box trained, and are eating dry cat food (we are still giving them the kitty formula as supplement).
Ashley: the girl with a yellow and white colored face, is the bigger of the two. She is a girly girl, loves to be held and is very gentle with everything. When she and Lillie are sleeping, she's always used by Lillie as a pillow. She also likes to sleep sitting up 8) .
Lillie: the girl with brown strips on the face is the explorer. She's the official food tester and toy examiner. It doesn't matter how sleepy she is, she can always make time to play one more game.
We are urgently looking for forever home(s) for the sisters. My husband and I will be leaving Shanghai early October for overseas assignments for a few months. We sincerely hope the girls could each found a loving family to call their own.
