Based around Maqun in Qixia, I am an experienced English teacher offering private tutoring and English teaching services for children and adults alike. Comprehensive and valuable skills and abilities to work with varying age groups and educational needs for the English language. Previous and recent experience at a Master’s level university program studying, teaching and working with the student population.

I am a determined and hard worker with many interests who puts much preparation to prepare for and excel in goals set. I have been involved with teaching varying subjects, from Elementary English, Business English, Math, Finance, Geography, to Yoga. As an occupational therapist, I have worked with individuals of varying health complications and needs, in attempts to return individuals back to work or activities of daily living, such as driving. I have benefited from the multi-disciplinary approach of working alongside physiotherapists, kinesiologists and physiotherapy assistants, likewise collaborating interprofessionally throughout graduate studies. I have completed training on intercultural competency at Queen’s University, and have developed a sensitivity to all populations and disabilities throughout my professional work as an occupational therapist in Canada.

As a guitar teacher, I have taught children and adults alike, combining my 20 years of playing experience to suit many styles of playing.
