My Workflow is as: Before the lessons, I make good effort to design the content and have them tailored for each individual student. During the lessons, I have good quality of enlightening students, helping them to reach their target faster, and assist them to enjoy the process of learning. After the lessons, I do analysis and summary to see the advantages and disadvantages of the lesson to the student, in order to get my training more effective and comprehensive, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. These are my routine jobs and I enjoy every bit of the achievement students and I make together.
