Hello everyone!
I've seen many things in Shanghai's gyms and would like to share this with you guys.
I've been training in several of them, each one more surprising: from exorbitant membership prices to marketing guys making promises that are never kept, even personal trainers who in my opinion, are absolutely careless (postures with

risk of injury, workouts that are not at the client's level...) and I could go on saying many things for a while. More than once I've been tempted to go over and say: "You're going to injure, plus you're wasting your time and money."

Because of all this, I decided to create a website. Since I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist dietitian, I've realized that we have some pretty good parks in Shanghai, so why not use them? My idea is that one on one or

small group training in parks is a really good way to save the gym membership and have a coach, besides a training in a definintely funnier way.
