China's State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs has announced a notice on December 7th. According to the document, all foreigners are required to submit their application for Chinese work permit renewal 30 days ahead of the expiration of their permits. And it will take effect on February 28, 2018.

If fail to comply with this new regulation will be denied of renewal ,then the applicant shall starta new application for work permit.

Please be noted that this announcement was issued by China's State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, not the regional Foreign Experts Bureau, so it applies to any city in China.

We would like to suggest the applicant to leave the sufficient time for the work permit renewal,2 months before its expiration are recommended. If the applicants renew your working visa in different employment company, then need leave more working days for the process of working visa extension.

Prepare documents in advance.For China work permit extension, the paper of non-criminal record and supportive document of working experience in the overseas country are not needed, others documents are same as the first-time application.
