We're a Chinese family, we have a 2.5 years old son,he's very cute~_~, and now we're looking for 2 housemates to take the spare rooms .for our apartment is 124sqm on the 5th floor, its a 3 bedrooms flat.

For the room is available is the small bedroom facing to the north side, it about 16sqm, you will have a big bed, big desk, chair, wardrobe, Air-conditioner,bright lamp......
you can stay for short term or long term, both are welcome.
for the rent is 2500rmb, and the deposit is the same, pay me one month's rent plus one month's for the deposit, then no others fees, we're not agent so you don't have to pay for the agent fees。
Our area is very convinent for everything, KFC/McDonald's/Pizza hut/Costa coffee/banks/ ATMs/ Mall/Super markets/restaruants/ street food/street vendors/~_~
From our apartment to the subway station Shuangqiao is less than 10 minutes, so, its very close.. from Shuangqiao to GUOMAO only 20 minutes。and to Tian‘ an men 30 minutes.
