It will take you 10 mins to reach Galaxy Soho. The house is not far from Sanlitun and cool hutongs streets.
Entire house was renovated and redesigned recently in a way that you will feel at HOME here in BJ. The bathroom and the kitchen were completely redone. The place is fully furnished and all the electrical appliances are in place. There is a nice comfy living room with sofa, bean bag and coffee table, shelf and nice carpet. Fast internet is already installed. The compound is very clean and safe.
Available rooms are:
1) Master bedroom with big balcony - about 20sqm - have a double bed, 4 doors closet, a drawer, a table, a chair, an aircon and heating. There is also a comfy chair, small table and a place to dry clothes in the balcony. Price is 4300rmb/month.
2) Big room - about 17sqm - have a double bed, a drawer, 3 doors closet, a table and a chair, an aircon and heating. Price is 3900rmb/month.
Current roommate is a nice Chinese guy, 30y.o, speaks fluent English and works here in BJ. He is respectful, non smoking and easy going young professional so I am looking for similar roommates.
* All the prices INCLUDES ALL THE UTILITIES such as Internet, electricity, water, gas, heating, management and other fees.
** One room can accommodate one person.
