We have a great room to be rent in our apartment in Luwan (near Xujiahui) from December on. The apartment, nice and clean, is located at the second floor in a quiet and green compound, at the crossroad between zhaojiabang rd and shaanxi south rd, central downtown. The room to be rent is 25sqmt, all equipped of all the furnishing, air con and has a big window facing the park and south. The apartment has everything you need: one bathroom with shower, washing machine with dryer, a spacious living room with sofas, a great projector to enjoy movies, and 20M wireless internet connection. The kitchen has classic owen, rice cooker, all the pans from Italy, and even a machine to make juice.You will share the bathroom with 1 person only (the 3rd flatmate has his private bathroom).
Jiashan Station line 9 is just at the entrance of the compound and in the end of the year it will be also a station of line 12 that will connect us to Huaihai rd in 2 station and Jingan temple in 2.
Out of the main gate easy connections to everywhere with buses n.218, 104 (to train station, 20min) 955, 952, 357, airport bus line 3. Taxis are very easy to get, never waited more than one minute. Tianzifang is 5 (five) minutes walking. Near the compound we have plenty of restaurants, in front of the street tesco supermarket (with decent range of imported products), the biggest city shop in Sh 5 minute walking, the loft at 2mn, luwan sports centre (gym, squash, swimming pools) just in front, vegetable and fruit markets on the back.
Speaking Chinese, we take care of all the bills and bigger problems that can be difficult to handle for a non-Chinese speaker.
We are friendly flatmates, Brazilian (in Sh from 2years) and Italian (in Sh from 10 Chinese speaking). We are really outgoing and like both to go out or stay home watching a movie.
We are looking for friendly and clean flatmate. The apartment has been lived by tidy foreigners for last 7 years so is more like a proper home.
Room Prices: rmb 4000 inclusive of internet fee and compound management fee. Only 1 month deposit requested.
We have a really nice cat, Nando. He is lovely, clean and never meowing.
Boys, Girls from all over the world are welcome, no particular preferences. Just looking for clean and friendly flatmate (we do not mark names on fridge shelves or live closed in our rooms as bears!)
