I'm looking for roommates for a 4br apartment located in between 2 ring and 1 ring. 5 mins walk to line 2 or 6 Chaoyangmen suwbay station.Near to Yinghe SOHO, Bank of China Building. It’s not far to You-Town.

The compound is very peaceful and tidy with a lot of restaurants and convenience shops around it. The flat was just renovated - all walls fixed and painted, wooden floor installed, new furniture and electric appliances. There is everything you might need - sofa, fridge, microwave, cooking stuff, internet, etc in the apartment, so you just need to bring your clothes.

There are 2 rooms on each floor, so you will share the bathroom with just one other person. All rooms are fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, drawer unit and an aircon. There are 2 nice living room, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and a reading room.

About roommates: I am a Chinese girl. I ever went to university in England. I love traveling and reading history. I ever went to many places in China and some Europe countries. Now I’m working at a company near the You-Town Mall. The other one is a foreigner.
There are 4 rooms, now still need 2 roommates. They are both in first floor, one is 3200RMB, other one is 3150RMB.Rent is to be paid every 3 months. Looking for long term (preference to 1 year, please don't contact me if you want to rent only for 3 months).
