Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a roommate to take the master bedroom (around 25 square meters including a balcony). i've been living here for two years. recently my old roommate moved out, so i'm looking for a new one who knows respect and enjoy life.

please be fast. (If you are available in 20 or some days, that might not ok for me. )

PRICE:
the rent is 2500 per month. the contract for one year. we will share electric / gas / internet fees. (water is free)


LOCATION:
North Qing Nian Rd, convenient with shops, laundry, etc. A straight way to Chao Yang Joy City , a nice shopping mall with everything, including an IMAX cinema on 8th floor. Subway line 6 as well (downstairs of the shopping mall). it's 3 km from the apartment. so take a bus or trike there .
6.5 km to San Li Tun. 5.7 km to 798 district. 8.7 km to Guo Mao. what else you are expecting. bus 431 494 595 758 and blah blah blah.

YOUR ROOMMATE:
i'm living and working in beijing for a long time. freelance writer and artist. no 9-6 full time job, but more than that.. smoker (hope you don't mind), no alcoholic at all, tea drinker (I have a lot of good tea ), music lover, movie fans (i'm mainly writing movie script. So perhaps you could hear some new stories before watch it. )
i'm homosexual. My boyfriend is a german, living in France. He comes to me sometimes (not always) . You don't have to be homo,
but PLEASE be LGBT acceptable and friendly .

A foreigner guy (who lives in beijing long term) would be more preferred.
