here very convinient for life, here has 3 big supper market and 1 huge farmer's market, KFC/Mcdonalds/Pizza hut/ are 20 meters from the station, if you are working in the CBD area thats the best choice for you!

my wife went back to her hometown,so, just me living here,no kids, we're a young couple,just get married over 5 years, we both can speak english! we're very friendly people......if you choose living with us we can help you a lot here.


For our whole apartment is 85sqm, we're on the 2nd floor, facing to south and north, the main bedroom about 25sqm ,it has a big bacony, for the room has computer desk and chair/big wardrobe/good matress double sized bed, and small tea table and sofa for you to use.


For the rent is according how long you are going to stay, for the price is 2200rmb/m.and plus 200rmb for the utilities, ,thats for one person and for a couple will be 2600--2800rmb/m its according how long are you going to stay....when you move in you should pay me :deposit is 1 month's rent, and plus 1 month's rent. pay me monthly is okay!and when you need to move out, you should give me 30 days notice!

high speed WIFI internet!20mbs....you also got a own refrigerator to use in your room.... we do the cleaning work for the public areas, so you just need to take care of your room!~_~
