I am a Chinese girl with US edu and working for a foreign company, i have signed the lease for the whole one bedroom apt with the company. I am interested in any girls to share the bedroom or living room. there are two beds in the bedroom and one couch in the living room. The prices for both long and short terms are negotiable, 70 yuan/day for short terms of at least 10 days while 1500 yuan for a month. no utilities. no contract. just want girls to keep the place nice and have predictable schedule.
