I'm heading back to Europe on the 7th of August and my large (around 25 m2) and airy room in our shared flat in the corner Panyu/Yanan Xi Lu is up for grabs. Located in a top floor maisonette with massive roof terrace, close to shops (City Shop and countless Chinese shops minutes away) and restaurants and bars (Dada, Logo, 390, Just Cool all really close) and a great wet market.

It's a large and friendly flat you'll be sharing with a couple French, one Japanese, a Chinese, one German and a Tahitian. We all get along really well and occasionally hang out together, but privacy is respected if that's your preference.

The room is fully furnished with big bed (180cm wide), desk, chair, wardrobe and shelves and has got a big south facing window. The flat is in two levels: kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bedrooms on the first, and bedrooms, a lounge, bedrooms and terrace on the second. Wooden and marble floors throughout. Kitchen has got anything you'd ever need in it (including two ovens and a microwave). Washing machine, DVD, TV, stereo etc. also available. Our Ayi comes twice a week.
