Hi there, I'm about to start working for a company located on Daxue Road (near FuDan Uni & Tongji Uni) in Yangpu District from 1st of August. And I'd like to find an apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to rent, or a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment to share.

About me: I am Chinese, but I used to live overseas for 5 years, so communication is not a problem. I'm friendly and easy going and also know how to respect other people's private space. I don't mind teaching my roommate Chinese for free at spare time.

Facility requirements: Internet, A/C, fridge, washing machine, private bathroom (if possible or at least neat roommate)
