It makes them an ideal option for corporate accommodations, project assignment, vacation rentals or short term lease with the best of Beijing right around the corner. The apartment is a serviced apartment through East Apartments and is fully furnished (bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, HD-TVs etc.). Rent includes various services such as twice weekly maid service and it also includes all utilities and WiFi.

Enjoy the naturally cooling water fountains and rich gardens of Fulicheng located right outside your door as well as the local leisure facilities. While each apartment offers all the privacy of home, guests can enjoy all the amenities available to any hotel guest.

The apartment is close it is to two subway stations (Shuangjing and guangqumenwai), a bunch of local and foreign restaurants, April Gourment international market, bars, and cafes to study or hangout at. It is perfect if you work in CBD, Sanlitun, or if you use line 10 or the Guangquemenwai line as they are both a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.If you are traveling around the city, the apartment is centrally located so a cab ride anywhere of interest is often only 20 RMB or so.

If you want to rent only 1 bedroom we are asking for 6.800 RMB/month. If you'd like to sublease the entire 2 bedroom apartment we are asking for 13.600 RMB/month.

This is a short-term sublease, so rooms are available for 3-6 months. Rent is paid 3 months at a time and a one month deposit is required at move-in. The rooms are available ASAP.
