Hey there!I am looking for a flatmate (long-term) in a two-bedroom apartment in Maizidian (near Chaoyang Park).
The apartment is located in a very nice compound in a friendly area of Beijing. We are just 5 min from the supermarket, lots of stores, gyms and massage places and restaurants around the compound (even a mcdonalds if thats your thing).
We are within walking distance from the tube; only 10 mins to agricultural exhibition centre Station （Line 10）and Zaoying station （Line14 ).
Also walking distance to Solana shopping mall - Where you can buy milk, bread, cheese, butter and everything! (15mins) ,
Sun Park (15mins) and Sanlitun Kai Koo Li - The famous Bar area (30mins)
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a dining room. Each Bedroom room is around 18 square meters (with a balcony) The Bedroom is fitted with AC, has a wooden floor, Double bed, big wardrobes, big desk, tv stand, leather sofa, and the room is south facing, so its nice and bright during the day. The view is also pretty nice, and it's high up away from all the mosquitos.
The rent is RMB4200/month (one month deposit, quarterly payment) All bills are included, Except for the electricity bill. (internet, central heating, gas and water bills are included).
I am a 30yo British guy who is Teaching Art in Beijing.
I am new to the city, but My partner is from Beijing and visits now and again. She can make an pretty amazing Chinese Hotpot! So if you have any questions about the city, feel free to ask. I am a non-smoker, professional, Friendly, easy going, open minded, I like a good conversation, and I like to be tidy. I keep the place clean, Beijing can get pretty dusty. ;)
