Price of the rooms INCLUDES ALL THE UTILITIES such as electricity, water, drinking water, gas, internet, management and other fees. Also since I invested and managing this property there is NO AGENCY FEE.

The current room mates are very nice guys. One of the guys is about 30 years old from Costa Rica and working in a bank, and another guy is French, 22 years old and going to internship in investment fund. Both of them are clean, friendly, respectful and easy going so I am looking for similar roommates.

* One room can accommodate one person(there is only one bathroom in the house and too many people is not convenient)
