Regarding the questions asked by some of my clients recently ,I would like to answer them here which might save your time somehow .
Q: Why the other agents offer the lower price in the same building online , and your price is so high ?
A: First I would like to declare the apt pic what I posted is real and the price is real ,the purpose of lowering the price online by other agents is to attract clients and get their contact information .
Q: How can i find out what you said is correct ?
A: It is easy to find out : you could just give them a call and insist to view that apt you are interested .if they cant show you ,means it is not real ,and next they will tell you there is another one better but expensive ,and try to ask you out to view the real market .
I understand that all the clients want a good apt with lower price , it is possible ,but sometimes it takes too long for getting it , so it is very important to find the right realtor .
