We will be leaving Shanghai at the end of July and will need someone to help take over our apartment room.

Monthly rent: 6,000 RMB
Utlities: Pay on your own,
- Internet: 150 RMB per month (deposit and set up already paid)
- Water: Monthly in the mailbox
- Electricity: The bill will arrive at your door every month
Deposit: 10,000 RMB
New hot water tank as of November 2014, new air conditioning system as of August 2014. The room is fully furnished which includes items such as a Microwave, two stoves, water dispenser, one dining table, two office desks, a soft IKEA cushion on top of the bed, and more!

The room is very nice and comfortable, good for one or two people, close to many locations and is even walkable to Line 11 Jiangsu Lu Station (25 minute). There are a lot of restaurants downstairs (Legend Taste, Chiangmai Thai, Urban Soup Kitchen, Babbo Italian, etc.) and within a 5 minute walking distance (Sailors, Sushi-O, etc.)
