Unfortunately I'm leaving Beijing very soon and I have to give up this cozy apartment room with an excellent location in Sanlitun in an authentic Beijinger community building right next to the Embassy area. It's a shared apartment with two bedroom separated by a common vestibule, a kitchen (all appliances) and a bathroom (including washing machine).
The apartment has just been renovated 6 months ago and has a modern decoration with new furniture. The rent is 3250 rmb/month. You can move in June 1st!
(excluding water and electricity but this would be around 100 rmb/month)
