About the apartment:
The building, full of foreigners, has 24hours security door.
It’s a 6 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms 1 livingroom – kitchen. And 2 big terraces
And its located on the 11th floor, with a great view.

Location
Xinzha road , Shimen II road.
Excellent location, and very convenient.
7 min walking to West Nanjing metro station (line 2)
7 min walking to Xhinza road metro station (line 1)
15mins walking to Jingan temple and People’s Square.
You can find everything you need nearby. Supermarket, shops, bars… there is also a wonderful park and Mob Gym is 1 minute walking.
For me it’s the perfect valance between Chinese and western style.

The room:
Master bedroom, that means you will have your own bathroom and closed terrace. (both quite big)
Its equipped with big bed and many furniture 3 big closets and table (Ikea style) where to keep all your stuff.
Completely exterior room, with plenty of light.

Roommates
You will share apartment with very nice people from all around the world (a great cultural experience)
3 boys (English, Italian and US) and 2 girls (both French)

Im looking for someone to enter as soon as possible. (Dates are flexible)

Its ok long or short term, you will have to pay just monthly, no agency fee.
