The apartment is situated in a quiet and lovely, historic lane (typical Shanghainese neighborhood) off leafy and beautiful roads, This is a historic 2 bedroom lane house apartment. It is decorated in a mostly Shanghai/Chinese style.

There is an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a veranda and a mini backyard.
You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly Chinese girl.

Bedroom: In your private space you have a big desk, a chair, a comfortable Bed with clean sheets n warm blankets. It has a big closet for all of your belongings. Its right next to the kitchen for your midnight snacking! Air-condition,heating, WiFi is available in the room.
The bathroom: Next to the kitchen It's a simple but clean bathroom. You can use the shower, toilet and washing basin. fresh towels, soaps & shampoos, slippers and tea are provided to help reduce your baggage :)

Besides your private space, during daytime you also have access to the kitchen and to the unique backyard.
The Kitchen: We have a great kitchen for cooking. It is complete with a refrigerator and everything to cook.

The backyard: If you like you can make full use of the backyard to take sunbath, to sit for a tea, to read, todo laundry in there.

During your stay you can choose to discover the typical Shanghainese urban landscape.... and its diversity : local vegetable markets, cheap or upscale Chinese or western restaurants, fashion boutiques etc..If you like to experience the local way of life, this will be a good choice.
The rent: Daily 158rmb / Weekly 1000rmb / Monthly 3800rmb/quaterly 9300rmb.
