2.What is the apartment like?
Most of our apartments are 140-160 square meters, with 4 bedrooms(room A、B、C、D, 1 room for 1 people), 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms（one of the 2 is for room A only）. The attached pictures are the real sample of our apartments for your reference.
3.What about your expense?
Your expense includes 3 parts:
3.1 Lease.
If you reaserve our apartments, we will give you one month’ lease free. And the monthly lease of each room is about 2000—3500 in average, and the monthly lease of a whole apartment is about 11000—11000 in average.Besides, we charge no agency fee!
3.2 Service fee.
We will charge the service fee which is equal to 10% of the monthly lease and it contains 5 programs :100M internet, TV watching, apartment management, door to door maintenance for your furniture &electrical; equipment, monthly cleaning job. Besides, we charge no agency fee. Additionally, if you rent a whole apartment, I will give you further discounts(which are definitely over 2000)
3.3 Utility fee.
The cost of water, electricity and natural gas is shared by the 4 roommates of an apartment, according to our statistics, everyone affords about 30 Yuan-100 Yuan per month.
