The master bedroom of this three floor penthouse flat is a rare find in Shanghai.Come visit and meet the friendly flatmates. We’ve had fun barbecues and relaxed evenings on our roof top while enjoying the incredible Shanghai skyline.

The apartment itself is nearly 300 sqm. The area is divided into three floors, as you can see from the pictures. The first floor has a large kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, bedroom and bathroom.
The second floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two ensuite and one separated, and a hall area.
The third floor has a storage area, a large laundry/hanging area, and the best part is the rooftop terrace. It's private, and quite large. In the past we've comfortably held over fifty people there. We also have a small charcoal BBQ there.

The landlord is from Hong Kong, and is totally fluent in English. He has never hesitated to pay for repairs and/or handle house related things.

You would be taking the best room, which has a king sized bed, big flatscreen TV, small desk/shelf, floor to ceiling window, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The current roommates are a chef from Mexico, a Danish small business owner, and a Chinese girl working in sourcing. We are hoping to find a suitable young professional who is clean, friendly, and generally easygoing. We hang out together occasionally but the apartment is so big that you can also have your own personal space.

There is also an Ayi that comes three times a week, who is amazing. We just hired her, and in all my years I haven't met one so careful. She can handle all of your cleaning needs including laundry.

We are located literally right next to Xiaonanmen station which conveniently takes you to many great areas. It’s 5 minute walking distance from Cool Docks, a few minutes by subway to Tianzifang, a few stops by bus to Xintiandi, and has local supermarkets, a gym, and Family Mart close by.
